YouBusiness Web, developed by Banco BPM, is a digital platform that streamlines financial management for companies. It provides tools for managing receipts, payments, advances, and financing, accessible via web and mobile. The platform automates complex financial tasks, saving businesses time and money while offering a secure, centralised system for handling multiple bank accounts and transactions.
SMEs face fragmented financial systems and manual processes, leading to inefficiencies in managing payments, invoices, and compliance with PSD2 regulations. These challenges demanded a scalable, secure, and intuitive solution.
I collaborated with Banco BPM and Accenture Song, leveraging the Integrated Design Intelligence (IDI) framework to streamline design, development, and user experience. Key initiatives included:
